Service Policy

Transparent and Fair Service Policy

1. Warranty Period Information

The quality warranty period and parts retention period follow the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards in accordance with the “Framework Act on Consumers.”

Product Warranty Period

- The product warranty period refers to the duration in which the manufacturer or seller guarantees free repair for any defects in quality, performance, or function that occur naturally under normal conditions of use.
- The warranty period is calculated based on the consumer’s purchase date, which must be verified through the product warranty certificate (including the purchase receipt).
- For special project sites, the warranty period stated in the defect liability insurance policy applies.
- In the following cases, the warranty period is reduced to half (1/2) of the standard period.
① When the product is used for commercial purposes or in commercial facilities
② When the product is installed in environments not considered normal usage, such as vehicles or ships
③ When the product is installed and used in public places with extremely high usage frequency
④ When the product is used for purposes other than general household use, such as in production activities
- Warranty does not apply to second-hand (used) products, and the company is not responsible for compensation when repairs are not possible.
- For imported products not sold by our company, A/S service cannot be provided.
